Community Support Network, Inc. (CSNI) is seeking a motivated, self-starting professional with experience working in programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities that have a history of challenging behaviors. This newly formed position will develop and drive statewide systems that will strengthen New Hampshire’s Area Agency system’s ability to monitor the service quality and ongoing progress of individuals in Intensive Treatment Services (ITS) programs. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with local and national experts in the field, and will collaborate with Area Agency, provider agency, and state agency leaders. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in a human services field of study and at least 5 years experience working in the Developmental Disability field. Experience with forensic and high risk subpopulation is strongly preferred.
CSNI is the statewide association of NH’s ten Area Agencies serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and acquired brain disorders. Formed in 1995, CSNI’s mission is “To promote, support and advance the local area agencies in their efforts to maintain and evolve the comprehensive, community-based system of long-term supports and services.” To achieve this mission, CSNI provides a diverse range of advocacy, business and operational functions on behalf of its members.
